This website

This website is static. It sets no cookies, embeds no analytics and no advertising services, and loads nothing from foreign servers: fonts, images and the small script for the menu and the language switch all come from the same origin as the page.

The web server keeps technical access logs (IP address, time, requested page, user agent) to run the service and to detect abuse. These logs are deleted after 90 days.

The platform for tenants

Anyone who reaches the tenant app through a QR letter uses the platform on behalf of their management company. The management company is the controller of that processing; the provider is the processor.

  • The data of a tenant lives in exactly one region, in Switzerland or in the EU. There is no replication between regions.
  • No analytics and no advertising services are embedded. Usage statistics are produced on the server and aggregated.
  • Other flats appear in the calendar only as a flat code, never with a name.
  • Retention and deletion follow fixed periods: phone numbers are removed after a tenancy ends, message contents after 90 days, while billing records are kept longer as the law requires.
  • Access and deletion for a single tenancy are requested through your management company.

Your rights

You have the right to information about, correction of and deletion of your personal data, and to receive it in a common format. For data from the tenant app contact your management company; for data from this website write to kontakt@lavuno.ch.
